Your collection lives in this browser, on this device — that is what "no server" means,
and no amount of cleverness gets around it. To use the same collection on your phone:
save a backup here, send the file to the phone, open this same
CardVault.html there and restore it.
Or run the sync server, and the two share one collection with nothing to carry across.

This device is talking to the server, so your cards and photos are the same here, on your phone, and anywhere else you sign in. Nothing to carry across — add a card on the phone and it is on the laptop.
Still worth saving a backup now and then: it is the copy that survives the server, and it restores into the offline file too.

Export
CSV opens in Excel or Numbers. Photos download as individual image files named after the card, so a spreadsheet row and its pictures stay findable together.
